Charlie has run commercial recruitment teams for over 12 years including from start up positions.

Her initial career started at Barclays Bank where her customer service training and "the customer is always right" approach has been implemented in whatever she does. She takes this approach with both her candidates and clients and drives this through her consultants.

Now heading the commercial recruitment division at Mortimer Spinks, she is looking to ensure Mortimer Spinks has its name and brand associated strongly with the provision of office workers in London, both on the temporary, contract and permanent arenas.

Charlie's passion for getting it right first time, every time with her clients and candidates is widely recognised and her team strive for this ethos to the benefit of everyone.
