Technology TV is the name Mortimer Spinks have given to our YouTube channel.

Mortimer Spinks are the UK’s leading innovators in technology recruitment. We make a point of engaging with both our Client’s and candidates in a way that we would expect from anyone who was attempting to engage with us about an issue as critical as careers.

Technology TV is a space for us to store our videos. It is continually being added to, as we are keen to have good quality content where people can get a feel for who we are , what we do and most importantly the way we work.

Technology recruitment is a complicated field; there are technology recruitment businesses who consider a C# developer to be a C# developer, we on the other hand know the impact that a new hire can have on the performance of a business as a whole.

We pride ourselves on providing more than our client’s expect and we are able to do this by knowing our client’s businesses inside out. If a client of ours asks for a Perl/Python developer we will want to know every last detail about what that job will entail. It is only through knowing details about things like their chosen development methodologies, existing client base, plans for expansion right down to who in the office they will be sitting next to that we can guarantee their suitability for the role.

Technology TV is where people are able to see the extent to which we practice what we preach. As it stands we have got video interviews with the Director of External Relations EMEA for Google, the Global CEO of Cryptocard, the Innovation Lead for the Net-A-Porter Group and more. Technology TV is, as with all of our business, constantly evolving, adapting and changing to maintain its relevance. In a world where you have to be able to discuss technologies, be it C#, F#, Java, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, NHibernate, Cucumber, Joomla, Fitnesse, Loadrunner, Drupal, Umbraco, PHP, Zend, Selenium, Dreamweaver, Html5, CSS3, Silverlight, SAP, Linux, Unix, Windows, ASP.NET, MVC, or even Fortran we felt it key to have a place where the ins and outs of what we do can be testified by the people we work with. At Mortimer Spinks we live and breathe technology and as we all seem to recognise Technology does not stand still, so neither do we.
