Senior Product Manager

As the leading product manager within the fifteen person strong technology function, you will rapidly obtain a deep understanding of how the company's products work, and work as part of the team to continuously improve and expand the product set.

Location: Chelsea Harbour, London 

Important qualities:

Product ownership - you will take comprehensive ownership of the products that you manage. You will understand how they work and why they work that way. You'll have views on how they can be made better, and you'll get other's input on those views, before presenting a consolidated roadmap that shows how the product can be the best it can be.

User requirements - you'll understand how to capture user requirements, including those that are less obvious and/or complex. You will articulate those requirements such that make sense to a broad range of audiences - both customers and internal commercial, data, engineering and ops teams.

Delivery management - you will understand that your role is to deliver continual improving shippable product. You won't want to be seen as the master of a static product, but rather the steward of an evolving ecosystem.

Product engineering - whilst features are king, you will want to ensure they're delivered in a sensible way. You'll also want to be able to interface with your engineering colleagues in a level depth. With this in mind, you will be a competent programmer, but acknowledge that this isn't where you can add the most value.

· Project management, including extensive experience as a SCRUM master

· Product marketing

· Algorithms

· SaaS products
