Clare Briers

Divisional Manager, Birmingham

Clare is a 2:1 Hons Graduate - BSc Management Science who has been working for Mortimer Spinks since 1998. In this time she has progressed from Junior Consultant through to Divisional Manager of the Birmingham office.

Clare's role is still principally that of a "hands-on" consultant, providing service driven recruitment programmes for both her clients and candidates. She has a proven track record of delivering against predetermined quality and manpower objectives for some of her major clients.

Clare has recently been tasked with expanding the Birmingham office and has pursued a successful hiring policy to grow the regional team. Clare is also actively involved in training new employees, setting objectives and helping keep staff motivated towards achieving their targets.
