Sara Bresler

Head of Managed Accounts

 

Sara joined Mortimer Spinks in August 2000 and currently heads up the Managed Accounts Division. In this role, Sara has overall responsibility for delivery into our key preferred supplier clients and is responsible for strategic account development, client relationship management and best practice around service delivery.

Sara has considerable experience of volume IT recruitment, working with clients to design and implement volume recruitment programmes from end to end. Sara is fully conversant with all areas of the recruitment life cycle enabling her to offer advice to both her candidates and clients on a range of industry issues.

With a Diploma in Coaching Excellence, coupled with 13 years recruitment experience, Sara is able to coach her customers on a range of topics including career transition, employability, interview techniques, networking, writing a CV and employee engagement.

Sara works closely with the Harvey Nash Group Compliance Manager to ensure Mortimer Spinks Consultants are kept informed of changes to industry legislation ensuring they have the knowledge required to provide up-to-date advice to clients as required.

Throughout her career, Sara has managed a broad portfolio of clients and has developed a reputation for unrivalled delivery of recruitment services for many of the world’s leading Superbrands including Accenture, BT, Honda and Cap Gemini.
