The initial briefing


We actively engage with the client to gain an in-depth insight into the role, their business needs and expectations for the position. This ensures that we gain a deep understanding of the organisation, the culture, the vision, the challenges and the opportunities that may arise.

The target list


Creating a target list is key to the success of any campaign, we do this extremely well. Once engaged by the client we draw up a list of organisations and individuals based on our client's needs. This target list is created based on extensive research, market knowledge and through our extensive network of professionals.

Selection


A thorough screening process takes place once a target list has been identified. We qualify a candidate's experience, primary skills, secondary skills, behaviours and suitability for the role. Qualification takes place through a rigorous competency based approach, with the resulting detailed interview reports presented to clients.

Placement and onboarding


After discussions with the client based on the target list, we present a shortlist to the client and recommendations for interviews and manage the process from start to finish. Feedback is continually provided to both candidate and client throughout the process, advising on potential salary/packages.

Upon completion of the assignment we remain in constant contact during the onboarding stage, with both client and candidate.
