Customer Engagement Manager

It’s my role to look after anyone that interacts with our services and people (Client, Candidate or employee). I aim to make sure that at every step of their journey with us their experience is exceptional. We don’t really see a difference between Candidates, Clients or our Consultants – effectively they are all people that define the service we deliver. Having spent 9 years as a recruiter, from resourcer to account manager I have had first hand insight to the rapidly changing tech recruitment industry and the one thing that seems to remain a constant in our world is the people we work with.

For me, what’s important is making meaningful, positive changes to the experiences people have with us whether it be someone looking to get their first role in the tech industry, a client looking for tailored solution to their specific recruitment problems OR someone in our You Equal Tech family wanting to be introduced to a mentor.

I am passionate about Employee Engagement and believe our people are our greatest asset. I get to work with incredibly talented people across every office in Mortimer Spinks and am responsible for looking after our awesome culture and working to make sure we are constantly making it better.
