During my career at Spinks I have progressed in my role and had many opportunities to grow and learn new skills. In my role I support and manage all the day to day administration, central services, and systems ensuring the business can perform at its best.
My experience working with different divisions whose objectives can differ has developed my skills of co-ordination, co-operation and strategic approach.
From tech meet-up’s to annual events from integrating new systems to data management, right across to the daily administration and team incentives, I have supported and managed the many dimensions to the Spinks business.
My role allows me to work with people across the group as well as be a part of the Spinks growth and development.
The tech industry has change massively from when I joined in 1998 and it’s been a changing team as people progress, lives change and opportunity knocks, however the fundamental element of the business remains consistent – ‘your success, is our success’.
