I began my career at Mortimer Spinks in early 2000’s.
Since day one I’ve held the belief that we must act as a true partner in every client and candidate relationship, the transactional ‘agency to client’ relationships are a thing of the past. I am immensely proud to still work alongside clients I engaged with since the beginning.
The best part of my job is getting to meet the incredible talent that exists in the tech industry, whether that be a founder of a booming tech start up needing consultancy on hiring tech talent, or a developer looking for their next career shaping opportunity. Technology will always, excite me, and I am astounded by the advances we are seeing.
Moreover, the Technology world feeds my passion to consistently innovate and evolve our services for our customers and people (candidate, client and Mortimer Spinks Employees). I’m proud to say we consistently aim to understand the needs of the industry we operate within.
Our people are our greatest asset and I have the good fortune of leading and working with some of the best talent in both recruitment and technology. I believe in providing the tools to empowering our people to be genuine experts in their field, so that they are valued by their clients and candidates.
My life at Spinks doesn’t just involve recruitment, we really care about our community too and as such support various charities, implementing a dedicated CSR strategy. I am always happy to champion charitable events, whether it is leading a team across the three peaks in 24 hours or kayaking across the English Channel with School of Hard Knocks later in 2019.
