IT Service Desk Analyst - Windows, O365, Exchange - Manchester City Centre
IT Service Desk Analyst / IT Helpdesk / 1st/2nd Line - Windows, Exchange, Networks, Server, AD, Office365 - required to join a brand new team in Manchester City Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line IT Service Desk Engineer with experience supporting a range of infrastructure technologies to join a fast paced, forward thinking and extremely sucessful Managed Service Provider who have opened their 2nd office up in Manchester. This is a growing team with opportunties to learn, develop and progress your career
You will be hands on technically with 1+ years experience in Service Desk / IT Helpdesk experience and will provide a first point of contact to a range of customers, resolving support tickets and escalating where required
Techncial skills and ability:
· Microsoft Desktop Windows 7/10
· Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016 (admin)
. Office 365 (ideal)
· Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016
· General Network Support (basic)
· IT Service Desk Environment experience
· Superior Customer Service Skills
