1st/2nd Service Desk Analyst- Reading
This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation as a 1st/2nd line Service Desk Analyst.
You will need to come from a background where you have supported either an MSP or external clients, and worked in an ITIL environment.
Technically you need to have good experience with Active Directory, Outlook, Microsoft applications Mimecast, Firewall resets etc...
