2nd Line Support Engineer - 1st/2nd Line - Windows Server. Network, VMware - Manchester City Centre

2nd Line Support Engineer / 1st/2nd Line - Windows, Server, Linux, VMware, ITIL, O365, AD, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP - required to join an exciting, fast growing business based in Central Manchester.

You will join a growing tech support team, supporting internal and external clients with technical issues across a range of technologies as well as working on some projects to help improve existing systems.

You will support servvers (Admin) and desktops and will take ownership of incident tickets allocated to you ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Tech skills/experience:

* Desktops - Windows 10 /MAC

* Windows Server Admin

* Linux

* Office 365

* TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

* VMware

* Cisco - IDEAL

This is is a 40 hour per week role, 5 days a week and the salary on offer is up to 26k + benefits
