Full Time Mon - Sun (Shifts include weekends Sat & Sun and evenings) 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 10am and 10pm
Our client based in North London is looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Infrastructure Support Engineer. This is a role with an established and successful company with a friendly and lively atmosphere, a great opportunity to grow and learn with the company.
As a Second Line Support Engineer you will be install and maintain servers, working with SQL to check for errors in the DB, deal with support tickets via Jira, desktop support, run scripts, check for errors, mixed Linux and Windows environment, install software.
The role will involve supporting projects with research and development (R&D) you'll be looking into new ways to automate and improve manual processes within the company.
1st, 2nd, 3rd line helpdesk engineer support
Experience within a technical environment
Excellent communicator, clear, confident, enthusiastic
Office 365, Windows 10, Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Docker
Server installations, upgrades
Nice to Have Skills:
Linux an advantage training provided
