2nd/3rd Line Service Desk Analyst / Support Technician - ITIL, Network, Server, Exchange, VMWare, Citrix, AD, Disaster Recovery - required to join an exciting, growing business based in Warrington, Cheshire.
A highly technical, fast paced managed services business who are experiencing rapid growth this year are looking for a dynamic, driven and highly passionate 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician to join their team. This business have year on year, increased their revenue by over 50% and are ever expanding.
The company have a great culture, supporting their staff with training, career development, a great working environment (new office development to commence in April this year - break out areas with playstations, football tables, pool, Friday breakfasts and a brand new bar for beer Fridays!)
You will possess experience supporting a multi-site network environments to and will ideally have supported a hosted environment with experience of datacentres. Any experience with monitoring systems in support capacity would be a distinct advantage, Ideally you will possess previous experience of working for an IT service provider in a professional services environment or within a service delivery environment
Techncial Skills required:
* Microsoft - Remote Desktop Services
* Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012 R2
* Exchange 2010/2013
* AD, DNS, DFS, Group Policy
* Disaster Recovery
* Backups - Veeam
* One or more of the following;
* Citrix Xen App/Xen Desktop
* VMware, Hyper-V
This is a 40 hour week, working between the hours of 0700 and 1800 on a shift basis. You will also work on call 1 week in 7 as well as overtime when required. Salary will depend upon background and techncial experience.
