Permanent - North London
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Shift Rota - between hours of: Mon - Fri (7am to 11pm) & Sat - Sun (9am to 5pm)

Application Support Engineer providing support for bespoke software applications web and desktop based.
Excellent communication skills - support users with helpdesk tickets raised - 1st, 2nd, 3rd line
Provide exceptional levels of customer service
SQL - Intermediate knowledge, ability to run scripts and deal with queries
IT Helpdesk - knowledge of ticketing systems eg; Jira, Service Now
ITIL - worked within ITIL desirable
.Net and C# knowledge
Servers - Monitor performance
Web technology - understanding an advantage
Monitoring tools - Nagios, Kibana, Elasticsearch an advantage
