Assistant Technical Trainer (Development) with a good core understanding of programming concepts, any knowledge of Front-end or Back-end technologies, including; JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, BDD, TDD, jQuery, Java, C#, C++, as well as a passion for tech is required for this fast-growing training consultancy based in West and Central London.

Our client is on the lookout an Assistant Technical Trainer who has commercial development experience combined with a passion for technology and an interest in mentoring or coaching others. This is a fantastic opportunity for an up and coming developer to not only broaden their technical ability, but also develop their soft skills. The business is growing on a national scale and has a fantastic office culture. They will happily take the time to help you get up to speed with new technologies, as well as developing your technical knowledge, there is no doubt that you will come out as a more well-rounded developer! They are looking for someone who enjoys teaching and who will enjoy imparting their wisdom with trainees.

Great written and verbal communication skills are necessary to help trainees reach their potential. Other skills and experience needed include the following;

- An interest in teaching/mentoring/training

- An understanding of fundamental development technologies including HTML5, Java, C#, Javascript, jQuery, TDD and BDD

- Good core understanding of programming concepts.

- Experience working with small, agile delivery teams that ship to production regularly.

- At least 1 year experience in software development.

- Teaching experience on another coding course.

- Passion for tech!
