12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
This is a 12 month fixed term contract for a change manager to ensure that all change initiatives as part of a O365/ Device roll out project and the wider Technology Foundation programme are defined and delivered successfully.
You must ensure that change is effectively delivered to the organisation service areas by means of carefully developed and co-ordinated change management plans. Specifically, the provider will ensure that:
each different service area is sufficiently prepared for the O365/ Device roll out and for impact of the new ways of working
there is sufficient support available for services post roll out to operate in a 'business as usual' state
colleagues are supported whilst the transition is taking place
full adoption of new technology and utilization is maximised
reinforcement plans are in place
You will be expected to work closely with the programme to ensure that there is a clear and compelling vision, with clearly defined benefits. Engage stakeholders to understand change impacts and business readiness to adopt planned changes and realise benefits. Will lead on specific elements of strategic planning and delivery of change activities.
