Desktop Support/ 2nd/3rd line- Reading
This is an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line/ 3rd line Service Desk Analyst with experience supporting a range of infrastructure technologies to join a fast paced, forward thinking and extremely successful Managed Service Provider. You will be hands on technically with Service Desk experience and will provide 2nd Line/ 3rd line support. You will support to a range of customers, resolving support tickets that are escalated from 1st Line. Technical skills and abilities: *Experience of Microsoft/VMWare/Cloud technologies *Good understanding of PC hardware, Microsoft operating systems and networking (WAN/LAN) *Passionate about learning new technologies *IT Service Desk Environment experience *Superior Customer Service Skills.
