A world leading media brand is looking to appoint a talented User Interface Designer to its product development team within their London headquarters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior level Digital Creative to take ownership of the creative process within an established and highly successful company to work on a range of newer product offerings that have a start-up culture but with the revenue of stable business that has been around for decades.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Will be a conceptually creative Digital Designer with experience of designing engaging user interfaces that present complex data. Designs will be for both B2B and B2C and require someone with traditional design appreciation for typography, layout and colour coupled with more modern UX design layout principles.
Presenting complex data for Web and Mobile in a visually creative, pleasing and ultimately usable way to help ensure a great user experience is primary within this role, being able to work from concept to completion and playing an integral role in shaping the design process and offering to a wide variety of high-profile clients.
*Create products and experiences that are valuable for B2B and B2C audiences alike
*Have complete end-to-end ownership of design direction and delivery for a variety of digital products.
*Own UI & UX design for a number of product brands and understanding customers and user's needs
*Initiate design process and activities from start through to delivery.
*Use behaviour/research data to support your design.
*Define and deliver design interactions and scalable designs to development teams.
*Help to identify new ways of working, different software and tools etc., for improved processes.
*Circa 5 yrs+ experience in a professional Web/UI/UX design environment
*Experience of designing products which present complex data in an elegant way
*Prototyping, on paper or fully interactive
*A portfolio showcasing clean and modern UI design
*Understanding of accessibility standards
*Organised with good time-management
