Helpdesk Analyst SQL Application Support £30,000 - £45,000 + bonus
Permanent North London - Near Camden, Islington
Full Time 37.5 hours per week Shift Rota Mon - Sun Excellent Benefits!
We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to support bespoke software applications.
You will deal with first, second and third line helpdesk / troubleshooting and be a whizz with SQL. Great company to work for! Confident with SQL
Supported users over the phone and face to face with software applications
Bespoke software application knowledge an advantage
Ability to provide 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support
Knowledge running sequel queries
Excellent telephone communication skills
ITIL, .Net, C# (C Sharp),
Web technology an advantage
Monitoring tools, particularly Nagios, Kibana, Elasticsearch an advantage
Incident, problem management IT Helpdesk,
Knowledge of ticketing systems eg; Jira, Service
