Shift Rota - start: 7am, 8am, 9am and 10 am
Weekend and out of hours work may be required on occasion

We're looking for an exceptional IT Helpdesk Support to provide 1st and 2nd Second Line support, you will log and resolve incidents taking ownership and escalating where necessary, strong technical skills required to problem solve and fix issues swiftly.

Providing excellent Customer Service
Logging all incidents and resolving technical issues via remote access and in person
Following the Incident Management process
Working within agreed SLA's ensuring targets are met
Install, support and troubleshoot software and hardware (predominantly MS Office and bespoke finance applications)
Knowledge of investment, finance, banking an advantage

Ideally 3 years + experience working in a busy highly regulated service desk environment
Strong technical skills across infrastructure, desktop devices, operating systems
Ability to manage high volumes of incoming phone calls up to 400 per day
Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
Microsoft qualifications and ITIL an advantage
