ITSM, ITIL, Agile - Service Delivery Manager - Manchester
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to manage the interface between the customers, the development team, and the problem management team.
You will not only manage the relationship with the client but also make sure all the service agreements are met.
You will possess;
- Experience of working in an IT Service Management environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and time management skills
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of Agile principle and tools
- Good understanding of ITIL
- Any knowledge of Data Protection legislation is desirable
- Experience of facilitating workshops would be ideal
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be personable, adaptable and able to engage with colleagues and suppliers, ideally ITIL qualified.
