My client, an entrepreneurial technology start-up based in the heart of Central London are looking to bring a Product Manager on board during this exciting period of growth and success for their business.

As a venture builder, this business are home to some of the UK's and Europe's most well-renowned brands within the Marketplace arena so you'll be working with some of the best in the business!

As the Product Manager, you'll be leading the vision of some of their successful existing and prospective greenfield developments, working as part of a cross-functional technology team comprised of Developers, Designers, QA's and the best senior leadership team around!

You'll need to be a Product Manager with strong people leadership skills, with a track record of finding solutions and bringing ideas to the table. With a data-led approach, you'll also be leading the execution of the product strategy whilst fostering a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on delivery.

Skills you need for this role are…

  • Managing a multi-market roadmap.

  • Owning the Product strategy and vision, communicating this to all members of the team.

  • Managing multiple backlogs.

  • Experience of participating in Scrum ceremonies - stand-ups, poker planning sessions, refinements and retrospectives.

  • Working with the wider business and business stakeholders to achieve growth opportunities for the products.

  • Working alongside Senior Development teams (Head of Engineering and Delivery Managers), planning sprints, requirements gathering and writing user-stories.

It's also hugely beneficial if you come from a Software Development, STEM or Engineering background as Technology is at the heart of this business.
