ROLE
A Programme Manager is urgently required to by an award winning, global, Digital Agency to work within their London based office.

Working with their key clients, the Programme Manager is required to lead the effective planning and implementation of workstreams within a digital transformation programme. Workstreams include digital strategy development, user research, business requirements, UX/UI, migration strategy, stakeholder engagement, internal communications.

You will undertake a programme of digital transformation work which involves delivering a common digital design strategy and user- experience across the client's entire digital presence, re-platforming and leading business change management.

You will join a highly experienced project team and manage project resources within the London based delivery team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
*Defining the programme's governance arrangements
*Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme
*Focus on the consistency of the programme and its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate, technical and specialist standards
*Managing the programme's budget on behalf of the SRO, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits
*Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams
*Ensure the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements
*Ensure there is allocation of common resources and skills within the programme's individual projects
*Managing third party contributions to the programme
*Managing communications with all stakeholders
*Reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals

SKILLS/EXPEREINCE
*Experience of delivering change and co-ordination of a programme's projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.
*A good understanding of how to apply the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) method.
*Experience of developing and maintaining a programme environment to support each individual project within.
*Experience of driving and leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes with large budgets.
*Knowledge of Web/Software Development life-cycle
*Change management
*Experience of working across multiple functions and teams
*Strong verbal and written communication
*Comfortable providing business updates to senior leadership
*Experience driving process efficiency
