Essential Technical Skills and Experience
*Demonstrated experience in designing usable interfaces for web apps (5+ years ideal).
*Solid problem solving skills, attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
*Expertise in wire-framing and creating visual comps (and the tools for doing this).
*Sound knowledge of qualitative research methods including user requirements gathering and early stage concept and prototype testing, guerrilla research, and other approaches to ensuring user needs are fully understood
*Good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
*Good awareness of the business and project constraints as they apply to user research
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback from non-designers.
*Strong visual design sense.
*Solid understanding of UX and UI design with an emphasis on maximizing usability.
*Strong written and oral communication skills.
*Demonstrable experience of delivering as part of an agile team
*Have a flexible approach to changing priorities in an agile work environment.
Please be advised - you MUST be happy to work on site with customers, working alongside their teams, this means that you need to be flexible to work away during the week anywhere in and around London.
