Service Delivery Manager, SDM, Budget, Outsource, MSP, Managed service, strategy, NEW IT services, transition, integration, change, SLA, ITIL, Incident management, end to end IT Service, London, Fulham, Putney.

You'll be a friendly & inquisitive SDM who is passionate about new services, transition, integration, and taking projects and getting them ready for operational support within the business.

To apply you must have:-

-Strong Service Delivery Management experience (internal SDM)
-Minimum 3 years industry SDM experience
-Experience of internal SDM experience
-Strong transition, new service and integration experience
-1st class communication experience with strong ability to build internal professional relationships
-Proven experience of building strong relationships
-Experience of working to SLA's and ITIL
-Strong outsourced / managed service experience / running IT through a vendor
-Budget management including identifying cost saving strategy's would be a distinct advantage
-Global experience would be an advantage

Role:
-Your role will be to manage 3rd party suppliers & outsource providers to deliver IT Support and suppliers.
-You will attend monthly meetings via Skype globally. (Global Experience would be an advantage)
-Ensure 3rd party practises are compliant with legal frameworks and adhere to ITIL, change, problem and incident management
-Define best practises and policies to ensure knowledge is maintained and developed across the team to deliver consistent end to end IT Service
-Maintenance and creation of Risk issues. Service Implement for IT Services.
-Ensure customer satisfaction, IT Services, Operational Projects & 3rd party spend against budget provided.
-Manage operational & capital expenditure in line with defined budgets.
