This global firm are looking for a digital Business Analyst / SharePoint administrator to join an expanding and exciting team, projected for fast track growth and career opportunities. The team consists of 5 business analysts and a SharePoint administrator who has been seconded from an overseas office, due to return imminently.
The primary purpose of this role is to be the SME & take full ownership, to define the business requirements for the organisations next generation of collaborative work tools! Untimely your role will be a mix of SharePoint development and Business analysis.
*Demonstrate experience of SharePoint administration (building & migrating sites)
*Be keen and interested on new and emerging technologies
*Be ambitious - this role will be the SME
*Wiki - advantage
*Lotus notes - advantage
-Work with end users to develop specs for the development and implementation of apps.
-promote & deploy apps in office 365 (workflows, document sharing, collaborative computing)
-liaise with the business, external vendors & the IT team to provide both technical and business solutions to meet the user's needs.
-improve business processes
-develop apps & web portals within office365 based on requirements gathering
-create SharePoint collection sites
-translate high level business requirements into functional specs & manage changes
-coordinate project delivery; participate in design review & communicate systems designs & validate proposed solutions.
-chair meetings between stakeholders, team members & external vendors
