MCPs, including a desktop and server operating system
Ideally two years in a client-facing support role eg: MSP
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Exchange Server 2010 / 2013
Windows 8 & 10, Office 2013 & 2016, Office365
BlackBerry, Apple, antivirus, firewalls Cisco Meraki
Networking, backup, virtualisation, Hyper-V, Datto
