An experienced UX Designer is required to join a team of talented creatives and focus on User Research, Interaction Design and Prototyping for a variety of projects.
User research will include usability testing and qualitative research as well as other methodologies, working collaboratively within a large team developing first class solutions to design challenges with focus on meeting the needs of the end user.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Create sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
*Plan and conduct face-to-face and remote usability testing.
*Plan and conduct qualitative research to support strategic and tactical projects.
*Work with other departments and stakeholders to evaluate business and technical problems, and develop design solutions.
*Apply UCD and related methodologies to business problems.
*Manage own workloads and projects.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

*5+ years' experience in user experience design for web and mobile apps.
*An understanding of usability, interaction design and research theories and principles.
*Experience of developing sketches, wireframes etc for digital design projects.
*Demonstrable experience of working in an ecommerce role.
*Experience of leading UX projects in a commercial environment.
*Practical experience of working in an agile environment.
*Understanding of web accessibility guidelines.
*Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc beneficial but not essential.
