Bringing diversity and inclusion to the fore
We’ve partnered with Computer Weekly on research around diversity in the industry for the best part of a decade. This experience has given us a deep understanding of the challenges technology businesses face when it comes to attracting and retaining diverse talent.
We recognise the need for a collaborative approach to tackling these challenges in a fiercely competitive market, which is why we’ve launched Inclusion Collective – a series of workshops to inspire and equip businesses to become truly inclusive.
Giving people ideas and a platform
These workshops are about coming together with other people and businesses to discover best practice strategies for building inclusivity into every part of the recruitment process. Workshops this year will explore inclusive selection, attraction, on-boarding and retention.

Recent event: 30th May 2018
Innovation relies heavily on the diversity of people and thought, so our first workshop focused on Inclusive Attraction: How do you attract diverse talent in the first place?
The session was facilitated by Tameron Chappell, our resident chartered occupational psychologist and explored the candidate experience right up until the point of application.
